Every purchase at Elegantfashionhouse is backed by our 30-day guarantee.

If your selection isn't the perfect fit or if you've encountered an issue with your order, we are here to ensure your refund or exchange is handled with care and efficiency.

Policy Period: 30 days from the date of delivery.

1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, please ensure your items meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Requests must be initiated within the 30-day window.

Exclusions: Items marked as "Final Sale," intimate apparel, or items showing signs of wear/perfume cannot be refunded.

2. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 5–7 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: Credits will be automatically applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).

Late Refunds: If you haven't received a credit yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. It may take 5–10 business days before your refund is officially posted.

4. How to Request

To start your 30-day refund or exchange request:
